Lines and Artifacts when using both DVI ports

I've got a Sapphire 6950 2GB OC Edition that is giving me some trouble. When I use both DVI outs for multi-display fun times I periodically have Lines and Artifacts appear on my main display. Temps are normal. I'm using the latest drivers. When I only have one Display i.e. only use one of the DVI outs the problem does not persist.

1. Did you attempt to wiggle the cords to replicate that effect?

2. Did you try both cords one display and if both work fine, did you try both cords on the other display (solely)?

3. Did you attempt to reinstall your drivers or reseat the GPU?

4. Lastly, maybe borrow from a friend or a spare, obtain a GPU that you know that works with a dual and single monitor setup, and test.
