So I'm looking for a new graphics card, with a budget of £130 ($220) and I'm wondering if the Evga Nvidia GTX 750ti FTW will be a good card for the money, I'm wanting to get the best that I can for my money, so I'd like your opinions on this :)

I'm not a hard core gamer, but play games like minecraft, gmod, tf2, goat simulator etc and do a bit of video editing and c4D rendering :)

Get a GTX 660 if you can afford it, though make sure you have a good PSU. Otherwise take the 750 Ti.

If you use OpenCL gpu acceleration then the R9 270 is an option.

GTX 660 is the model, you mentioned EVGA as one of the sellers, but there are also other companies like ASUS and MSI who sell the same model (GTX 660), just find the cheapest one you can I would say, they're essentially the same in terms of performance.

"GeForce" is just a nVidia brand name as well.

different sellers seem to have different fan designs on them, does this affect the cooling performance or does it not matter?

the cooling performance is different, but in the end you will not notice a significant difference.
