Gaming motherboard for I5-3570k

I am currently looking to upgrade my basic motherboard that i bought with my first build for something with abit more ability. I have been looking for about 3 months for a Motherboard that is completable with my processor, with not much look I am afraid.
My budget for the new Board as around £100 to £150 may consider slightly higher on price if the Board comes HIGHLY recommended.

Which of these boards will go with the nvidia geforce 770ti 2gb the best. I am also looking to upgrade to windows 8 from windows 7 do you recommend this?

Also i currenty have a gigbyte motherboard, and am looking for a change from the brand. which of the 2 asrock z77 extreme series would you recommed?
