PC Specs:
CPU- AMD FX-4130 AM3+
HDD- 1TB HDD Wester Digital Green
GPU- Zotac GeForce GTX 560 1GB
Old MOBO- ASRock 970 Extreme3 AM3+
New/Installed MOBO- Asus M5A97 R2.0
RAM- Corsair 1600mhz (4x2GB)
Peripherals- PCI Wireless Card, PCI USB expansion card
PSU- Corsair TX750w
everything listed is compatible each other, neither mobos have intergrated graphics
Okay, so I posted earlier that I had and ASRock extreme3 970 mobo that was failing, PC would start up and run, but won't show display or boot up. So I bought a new one an Asus M5A97 R2.0 which had almost the exact same specs as the ASRock mobo and I am getting the same problem. All the testing I have done includes the following: reseated the RAM and tried to power on without RAM and got the beep code that means no RAM inserted, yet get no beeps when RAM is inserted. I have reseated the CPU and got the same thing. I have tried a different video card, and got no results. I have also taken out all other PCI cards out and had no change. I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong with my PC. My USB ports on the front of the PC are getting power, but since it won't boot I can't install the drivers for mouse or keyboard, nor can I even access the BIOS. What is wrong with my PC?
