Hello,

Lately I realized most of my games are not running properly on my computer... I have cleaned all the dust inside after reading it my be overheating issue, updated my graphic card and windows. However I still get the problem of all of them crashing back to desktop... Some games I can mention not working well are...

Metro:Last Light, Wildstar, The Sims... and many more...

I use windows 8.1, I was thinking that is the issue but to be honest I am not really sure, so I do not want to downgrade to windows 7 just yet.

Anyway,

I have a Geforce Gtx 680 graphic card version 337.88m, 16 gig of RAM, Asus Sabertooth p67 motherboard.

I am really looking ofrward for some help, and I would really appreciate it... thank you!

*Additional information: I am thinking it may be the power supply? I am using 1SSD and 3 Harddrives.
I have a Corsair 850W AX Gold power supply, it has PCI and PCI-E ports too.

Are you overclocking anything? If you are, stop and test things again. Did you check those games for Windows 8 comparability? It may be the power supply but tough to make a call on that as you can't really test it out without either trying it in another system that has a high power use like yours, or buy/borrow another power supply. You can try to do a clean setup of Windows 8 if you don't want to install 7.

Hi, Usually, PSUs odnt cause texture glitches. Thats more common on a problematic GPU (driver wise or damaged wise).
Is the GPU a new model or an old one? Can you check the GPU temps?
