First time I'm posting here, newb problems.

Current specs:
Intel i5-760 OC'd to 4.0
Noctua NH-D14 Cooler
ASUS P7P55D-E Pro Mobo
EVGA GTX 470
Corsair 750TX PSU
4 Gigs G.Skill Ripjaws RAM
WD Black 1TB HD

The top PCIE slot on my mobo burned out a while ago (girlfriend+static shock) so the gpu is currently in the second slot. I'd like to be able to max this game along with maybe a few other MMO's. Trying to get it under the $750 range.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Can switch the GPU to a 280x if you're looking for a cheaper option. This should handle that game along with others easily on max settings.
