Hello, my computer is not turning on. I decided to clean up the fans and apply new thermal paste to the cpu and when i mounted it back its not POSTing or sending video to the monitor. I checked tomshardware check list and didnt help either.
Does anybody know what can be happening? I even tried another PSU with no success.

cpu: pentium 4 3.4ghz
Gpu: ati hd 4730 powercolor edition
Motherboard: foxcorn g3imxp-k
Psu: Nox at-600a12p and some unbranded 580w one

Do any lights or anything come on? Any fans start spinning? If so, try clearing CMOS. I'm just trying to rule things out, whether it's software or hardware. To clear CMOS, turn your PC off, take the watch sized battery out of of the motherboard for 30 seconds or so, put it back in, turn your PC on, it should ask if you want to load defaults, press yes if needed. If not, check your computer for any loose hardware/power cables, just to ensure it isn't caused by a human mistake (it happens).
