I have read many conflicting instructions on plugging in fan and pump for the Corsair H90. Could someone tell me the proper way. Do I plug the pump into a CPU fan header or no?
You should use a "4-pin" motherboard fan header, if you want to be able to control the pump RPM. Alternatively, you could use a molex to 3-pin adapter and use a power supply cable.

Never try to control the pump RPM. Let the pump work at max, only the radiator fan should be speed (PWN_ controlled. The pump isn't noisy and you don't want issues with it not circulating the water.
