To upgrade to Broadwell, you'll need this:

Motherboard: MSI H97M-E35 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $79.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Looks like a great build overall, with the money in the right places. Good job!

Ok thank you for your response. If I were to not upgrade, wold the mobo I choose be sufficient enough for this build?

Yep! The CPU is on the support list:
http://www.msi.com/support/mb/H81MP33.html#support-cpu

I would recommend getting a Gigabyte or ASUS board instead, like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $44.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

MSi has a good reputation, but I don't think they are on nearly the same level as Gigabyte or Asus.

Hope that all helped!
