I would probably guess PCIe 2.0 x16, although the manual does not explicitly say so. It's definitely not PCIe 3.0 x16

im looking at the motherboard right now and it says PCIe X16 but it doesent say 2.0 but i also think that its not 3.0. also does it matter when it comes to video cards what type of PCIe version you have?

no, practically speaking you will not see a performance difference between plugging in a PCIe 3.0 card to a PCIe 3.0 or 2.0 slot.

It's pcie 1.1. A 750ti is the best you could get on there.
