One touch storage device shows in my device manager but is not available to me dosent show in Computer ? any ideas ??

I have windows 7 I have downloaded setools ....and I get a pass ok.
the drive is working but will nor show up anyplace I can use it

It may need a drive letter adding to it. Windows should do that automatically but often fails with externals. You can do it manually:
