I bought a Tx750 the guy said it was V2 the box was brown with this

Sku:cp-9020042-na/rf
Lot: 133106610
75 p/n: 75-001309

So according to the psu database this is the first tx made by chicony. Correct if I'm wrong.

No idea yet, I don't think anyone has reviewed the v3 reliably yet. The only worry I have is that most chicony I have paid attention to use chinese secondary caps rather than the japanese. My guess would be that it is not as good as the V2 which was a seasonic OEM but don't really have any info on it yet. But corsair does have a 5 year warranty so it is probably not the end of the world.

Yes, but I paid for a V2 the salesman said it was V2 so when I saw the numbers on the box I looked the psu database and found out it's not the V2 version made by the all mighty seasonic but made by chicony. I just bought it today so should I complain?
