ACTIONS HS USB FlashDisk isn't showing up in Windows 7

It shows Disk 1 Removable (D : ) under Disk Management.
It doesn't show up under devices with removable storage.
Under Devices and Printers it's listed as HS USB FlashDisk but it wont open.

May be a faulty pen drive, in any event the easiest way to confirm that is by buying another one, fortunately they are not expensive items. If it is faulty it can't be fixed, just bin it.

Got important data on it? Well, too bad. You should have backed it up to another storage device.
