what are you looking for in terms of graphics?
Are you gaming? what games, what quality do you want?
are you editing? (Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas, other)

best answer i can give is to hold off until the new stuff comes out later this year
that is what i wish i would have done.
I bought a gtx 780 ftw and now i fear my card may be obsolete in the next year? :(
This is a bad time to be upgrading cards with the new stuff so soon to launch

Nothing new is coming out this year. R9s just came out, 800 series has been delayed to almost mid next year, if they dont get delayed again.
The 780 will still be a strong card. Im not worried and I have a 760.

thats what i had before the 780 i just bought. I am not really worried either since i game at 1080 all the time but i still feel like i rushed my purchase.
to the OP he can do whatever he wants but from a 750ti i would go to a 780ti if i were upgrading

Its 18% more powerful, but costs 24% more.
So the 760 is better price to performance, but the 770 offers more overall.

You will need a new power supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
And with the 350-400 left, get a 770: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

What I'm seeing here is that 770 and 760 are pretty much the same can you tell me the benifit of the 770 over the 760?

EDIT

jumped the gun and see what you mean.

honestly? about 5-7 more FPS

Well honestly I wouldn't know how to calculate the difference in fps between the two, I am going to do more research but for now spec wise it looks to be more better.
