So one day I start getting low FPS issues and even my desktop is running slow. I run BF4 while monitoring my CPU usage and when my fps starts to drop in the game, my CPU ghz are flying all over the place. I have an i5 4670k at 3.4 ghz. In the task manager it says im spiking up to 4.01 ghz, then dropping to 0.75 while in game. this is happening on every game and can even happen just browsing the web, spikes up and down randomly, cauasing lag and freezing. I cant tell if its a program causing this or not.
