No you can not find a lost product with the command line.

Software can fine devices with GPS or even when connected to the internet, but this has to be setup on the system before it was lost.

lost product? are you looking for a product/serial key?

that stuff is usually stored in registry but in an unreadable format... theres free software to extract it though

I got BSODed and can't boot, but I managed to get to command line. HDD failed.

Tried Jellybean, ProduKey, and a few others. None can extract it for me, unless I'm doing it wrong.

If it's a white box OEM install (e.g. Dell, HP), the product key reported by those tools is a placeholder that says to go look at the key in the BIOS.

There should be a sticker on the side/bottom with the key; you'll probably need to telephone activate it.
