New Build, is 62 degrees too hot for i5-4670?

Just built my first computer and as I am waiting for the OS to arrive (OEM is still in the mail) I decided to check my BIOS to see if everything is working properly. At the moment my CPU is at 62 degrees cel and I am not sure if that is a safe temperature. Is there a way I can lower the temp before buying fans or a water cooler?

Thanks a lot. I had a feeling I was jumping the gun a little bit. I'll wait till I get the OS and then do some reading. Glad to see that I can rely on this community if I need help along the way.
