Hello,

I'm looking to Overclock my GTX 780ti. It has a minimum wattage of 600w, my psu is exactly that. Would it be a bad idea to Overclock or can I just a little? Thanks

what model is the 780ti? you can overclock all of them very well…. but if you have a reference cooler you will be heat limited. keep the card under 79-82c, it will start throttling anyways once you get to that point. if you have a reference cooler you don't want to be above 80c as there are no sensors to read vrm temps and you want vrm temps on those to stay below 85c. if you have a nicer aftermarket cooler you should be able to go to the highest possible stock voltage of 1.212v and just keep pushing the core clock up until you see artifacts in unigine valley/heaven and or you start hitting your power limit and start throttling.
