Hey guys, just threw in a new 2TB HDD. I want this to be my main system drive, and my old 1TB to be used mainly for storage, to hold stuff like movies, games, etc. So I installed Windows 7 on my 2TB, and I don't think it'd be wise to have it on both at the same time.

How do I go about deleting Windows 7 and any unnecessary system files from my 1TB HDD, while keeping my other files intact? Would my programs like Steam and it's games still run correctly? I assume the file paths may pose a problem, but I'm not too bright when it comes to stuff like this.

So I have a 2TB HDD, 1TB HDD, and a 250GB SSD that I put a few longer-loading games on. Just basically want the 1TB HDD to do the same thing the 250GB SSD is doing.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Alright, I have all 3 storage devices connected right now. Windows is installed on the 2TB. If I set it as my primary drive to boot from via the BIOS, it says bootmgr is missing. If I choose my SSD as the primary drive, it loads up just fine, and I can access all files on all three drives. Will this pose any issues? Should I fix it, or no harm - no foul? There's no trace of any Windows files on my SSD, so it's more of a curiosity than a concern.
