yeah.

EDIT: if you can swing it id try and get a 550 though so you can upgrade in the future. i think evga makes one you can score for like $30 that is decent.

You would probably want 550W but I would personally go with 650W if you can. Both the i5 3470 and the 750 Ti take little energy to function but think of it as an investment for the future.
