It will be better deal than APC 600VA as far as backup time is concerned

Edit: After seeing specifications of Microtek 800VA, I've found that it also has Boost&Buck technology which means better Automatic Voltage Regulation which increases battery life too.
Hence it is a better deal over APC 600VA in terms of backup time and Voltage regulation too.

It should , you should rather check the backup time , which is related to the power draw of the total system.
by 600VA you meant an APC 600VA it seems , and yes that's enough.
In case of a Power Failure it should give you sufficient time to exit your program and save your work.

If you'r using your UPS only to prevent data loss and will shut down your PC as soon as possible during power outage, then it will be fine.

When full charged your UPS will provide 4-5minutes when your system is at full load before its battery drains out.

It probably would not have much of a battery run time. But if all you need is time to power down the computer, then my answer is probably.

You can plug your system into one of the UPS calculators, or you can add up all of the watts of your components and use that to select your UPS.
