I seem to have come up with a question with which there may be no good answer to.
Is there a way to monitor web traffic on my home network down to the web page visited? Notice I didn't say website! I am currently using OpenDNS and while it is OK, it doesn't give me the detail that I am looking for.
For example, if someone visits YouTube, here is what I currently see from OpenDNS:
www.youtube.com
But here is what I want to be able to see:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pyk8qUnnq0A
The difference is that I don't really care to know the domain, what I want to monitor is the actual page that they user is visiting.
Please note that I am NOT looking for a content filtering solution as I am not interested in keeping users off a site, I just want to know what is being accessed.
I am willing to buy new wifi equipment with logging capabilities if I need to. But even with that there doesn't appear to be anyway to monitor individual pages.
Thanks!
