What processor should I upgrade?

doesn´t really matter because amd 6850 is also a bit slow for newest games in full-hd resolution ...
and your motherboard is not very good either ...
i would not upgrade this system any further
(sure you could find some phenom 955/965 BE ,
but it won´t help you much at this point and your mobo is not good enough to overclock it)
sell it and build new system with at least fx 6300 + amd 270 + decent motherboard and
good aftermarket heatsink for overclocking ...
