viedo card still wont work

hello im new about thid post thing but i have a Gateway DX4380G-UW308 desktop and i up graded the power supply now im trying to up grade the video card with a sapphire r7 260x but when i do i get no signal to the monitor i went in to device manager and disable and uninstalled the video card still did not work i reset the cmos did a full restore went in to bios and there is no place there to do anything with the video drivers or the card here is the specs on my motherboard and so on

its been over 2 weeks and i found something that worked. for getting my video card to work, first i went into bios and disabled secure boot (be sure to look up how to disable the secure boot for your operating system). then shut down the computer and take out the cmos battery and moved the cmos jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 and ( leave the battery out and the jumper set to 2-3 for 5 min). then i put the jumper back to 1-2 and the battery back in. then add the new video card the restart the computer. i realy hope this helps. ty
