graphics card problem

i just want to know if my integrated graphics card is destroyed because i play nba 2K14 a lot and and it runs great but when i played it again it lags so much what causes the lag please help

You probably just have a bad GPU/ bad CPU. Integrated graphics aren't really good in general, spend <$50 and buy yourself a decent used GPU or new one. Don't expect your PC to run the latest games on a probably older CPU with integrated graphics =).

but I played it for a month and it suddenly lags just now

You could have changed video settings in the game or gotten a virus that's eating up resources. Do a virus scan with a rescue disk (I use the Avira Antivir rescue disk usually) and also with Malwarebytes.

You can always download Gamebooster, it will shut down any apps not relevant for your gaming experience = more fps. You might have downloaded some sort of junkware using a part of your system. Try going to windows logo+r --> Msconfig --> Startup --> Uncheck everything from startup that you don't know, make sure you don't delete some important startup programs though :p .
