Ok so a couple of days ago my fan wasn't running after I started my computer from sleep mode. So yesterday I fixed it by puting it into a different chip. I woke up this morning am started the computer again after leaving it on sleep over night an the CPU fan isn't working again. I have tried plugging it into different chips but it still won't start. Is there anything I can do? Cheers!

It could be one of your setting in the bios but more then likely it sounds like you have a dead fan. Fans are cheap to replace and cpu fans with the heatsink can be found at most computer shops., now on your motherboard you should have a cpu fan pin and a opt cpu fan pin. if neither of those are working go see about buying a new fan, agin very cheap. And if you do the install your self then remember to clean the thermal paste off the cpu and re apply new paste. If you have them do it then they more then likely know what to do. Now this is just what it sounds like to me and that does not mean that you may not have other issues causing thease problems.
Same issue here, more or less solved. I have a 200 mm case fan that doesn't like low voltages. I set fan control to manual and pwm to 2.5/c°. But the issue is, I suppose, also related to smartfan control, so I set advanced contro to 80% speed for this fan at lowest temp.
