I have an OPTIPLEX 755 with up-to-date bios system.
420W PSU
2GB Memory
Core 2 Duo 2.9Ghz
VGA Asus 9600GT
I tried to install the VGA on the mainboard but it doesn't send any signal to the monitor. Pitch black.
This is not the first time, almost every VGA I tried to set-up made the same issue.
I wonder if there is some method to connect the external VGA with the monitor through onboard VGA port?

Need more details about what you are doing. What "VGA" are you talking about? VGA is a standard, you can't install it, are you talking about a video card? What video card are you trying to install or are you trying to do something else? Make sure you read the instructions on how to install the card, some of them you need to disable the onboard video in the BIOS or in Windows first before installing it.
