Minimum ram required for r7 250 1gb ddr5??

Hey guys i am thinking of buying Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card.
My system configuration is :
Core i3 2nd gen
4 gb ram
Intel dh61ww motherboard
Is 4 gb ram sufficient for this graphic cards performance??i am not gonna buy a ram please suggest me what should i do?

Yeah it's fine for a budget pc. I wouldnt worry about it. if anything I'd just go for a 260x or a 750ti. be sure you have enough watts and amps on your 12v rail

rather or not you can upgrade depends on your psu. open up your case and look at it. you cant just throw more parts in a pc and expect it to run. also what is your budget?

My PSU is Circle p4 atx ver. 1.3 switching power supply model - CPH694
My budget is upto 7K
I am looking for hd 7770 for 7.2K rupees(extended my budget looking its specs)
Is my PSU compatible??please suggest me...

You need too buy a new PSU asap. Not only is that PSU not capable of running a gpu but it is a fire hazard.
