MSI Z97 Gaiming 5 + i5 4670k + CM Hyper 212 EVO OverClock?

Hi,

I have MSI Z97 Gaming 5 + i5 4670K with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO + 2x4Gb G-Skill 2133 and PSU Corsair CX-600W +80. I´m thinking OC my CPU when i receive my MSI R9 280X but need help with it :)

Can anyone tell me best OC for this CPU? Stable and save.

4.4Ghz. Start at 1.22V, if not passing Prime95 torture test with CPU @ 100%, up voltage by [0.01V] until there are no issues, no need to go above 1.3V.

What I mean by pass is no screen flickering and no Crashing of system. Make sure you monitor your max temp when running Prime95!

Thank you.. I already have my 280X i buy Gigabyte Windforce OC Version is a good choice? for now is a very good card but is better than MSI?

I have CM Hyper 212 Evo and Arctic Freezer 13 Pro who is better? With 212 EVO i have 60º playing without any OC.... high temps no? I never test freezer 13 Pro in this CPU.

Ok.. today i try put my Arctic freezer 13 Pro and test again OC when i have results i post here.

Thank you for card information ! With Gigabyte i can play Watch Dogs in Ultra with 40fps.. not bad! need more CPU :)

Now iam using my arctic freezer 13 Pro.. i do it many tests.. I put Vcore at 1.228v when i run Prime he goes to 1.256v max high temps is 80º Full load indle i get 35º... is good?

CPU Ratio: 44
RAM: 2133
Vcore: 1.228v set bios (when run Prime95 1.256v)

any sugest?

Edit:
i run prime95 for 15min everything ok... now i go play Watch Dogs after 5min gaming my game crash... not stable mode...

ya, with prime95 good but when iam playing got BOSD... I need to find better setting, for now i put default with XMP profile its working at 3.8Ghz and mems 2133Mhz.

Tell me something... i Put in bios 1.24V but in CPU-Z when run Prim95 says 1.265v why have more than i want? In Bios have many options Auto, Adptive, Adaptive+Offset, Override, Override+Offset, etc..wich one i choice?

Can you tell me good cooler for my CPU? (not expensive lol)

40€ max... I have 2 cooler one Arctic Freezer 13 Pro and one CM Hyper 212 Evo.

Ok i will try re-install my 212 Evo iam using Freezer 13 Pro Now.... I like your cooler here in Portugal is 63€ is good cooler?

What thermal coupound is better Arctic MX-4, CM Thermal Coupound Kit (come with 212 EVO) or CM High perfomance? I have this 3 lol

Sorry many questions, but iam very confuse with my system i never have i5 before.

I like your cooler... is nice but is for LGA2011.

CM High Performance is Withe coupound not silver like MX-4.
