does my PSU enough for R9 290?

can i add a Radeon R9 290 to this system without upgrading my PSU??
from my calculation the processor takes 160W~ on load and the GPU takes 350W~
and if not..can i add R9 280x ?

for a 290 I would reccommend an upgrade to a 650-700W PSU, mainly because the power supply is one thing you definitely don't want to stretch the capabilities of. And if you ever want to overclock anything, more power will be needed.

It should be able to handle it. That card should take 350W only at max load with some power spikes generally it should run a lot lower same goes for CPU. Full system load should be somewhere around 400-450 with possible spikes in power drain. I would probably try to go with higher wattage PSU atleast 650, but this one as it's made by seasonic should work aswell.
r9 280x won't help you much as power drain difference is not so big.
