trying to find an old pc game

It includes maybe 300+ arcade games like metal slug, paper boy, street fighter, etc..
games' names on the left and their picture on the right
any help?

I don't think it's MAME, or it is but it used to have a very different shape/design back when i used it.

Anw, there's another game, Doom-like but with better graphics, like Blood i guess, all i remember from it is the color red and some mission where there's a wooden house and a garden maybe, at night.. that's all i can remember, any help?

Yeah I'm aware of that, the reason I didn't think of it as an emulator is that I don't remember downloading any rom, it maybe contained an original roms pack. Anyway my other question isn't related to the first.
