it is safe depending on what he is doing, if that is idle then that is pretty bad. If under load that's very good. I would most certainly try that overclock later.

That's not my screenshot :p I'm currently at work, was wondering if it was safe, and if so - was going to overclock it to that when I got home. I'm not sure if it's under load, I'd presume it was.

Are you familiar with CPU overclocking? I noticed you have a Gigabyte motherboard, would it be okay to private-message you? I'm looking to overclock, but I'm not entirely sure what options to change in the BIOS exactly. I've taken a screenshot of a number of different screens within the BIOS, was hoping you could help me.
