My Rig.
GPU Nvidia Geforce 740m(clock boost GPU-Z 1058) 64-bit Integrated-Intel HD 4400
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U 1,6 Ghz,Intel turbo boost 2,3 Ghz
Memory 6.00 GB
Op.System Win7 Ultimate 64-bit
As you know Nvidia Geforce 740m 64-bit is 10% slower but with higer clocks than 128 bit edition. There is compare (http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=1852&gid2=1247&compare=geforce-gt-740m-64-bit-edition-vs-geforce-gt-740m)

What i want to do
1.Icrase memory from 800 to safe but i cant find information about my GPU safe memory.
2.After Icrase memory of course laptop need cooling pad i plan buy this(TRUST XSTREAM BREEZE)
3.When i am running watch_dogs on my laptop GPU max temperature is 88 Degress Celsius at low setting (its without overclock)

Why i want to do this?
1.Because I want reach same performance,FPS in games like Nvidia Geforce 740M 128 bit edition +my video card have GPU boost 2.0 so i think i can do it its not blocked in bios.

Can anyone suggest me good overclock program like MSI afterburner,EVGA precision and explain how to overclock.

Solution
88 degrees for laptop is safe, cooling pads depending on the design don't help much, as the laptop is essentially closed off at the bottom, it just gives a small breeze to the base of the laptop.
I can only offer you to avoid overclocking a laptop.

-Ventilation is so poor, heat temps will be uncontrollable due to limited headroom breathing space and insufficient airflow.
-Overclocking laptop parts doesn't increase performance like you think it would, I doubt you will notice the difference. Laptop overclocks tend to not offer good increase in performance to what you get in return.
-Depending on the overclock, laptop batteries don't take it lightly.
-With current max GPU temp, Any higher would be a worry.

Please, avoid overclocking.
