Hi, my CPU Keeps turning on and off. I've tried possible simple solutions such as disconnecting and reconnecting internal and external wires, cleaning the inside, and cleaning the computer (software.
However sometimes when I do get lucky it turns on and I can actually use for a long period of time, but sometimes too it will boot up the monitor then freeze forcing me to restart it then the turning on and off problems happens. Most of the time when its off and I decide to give it a try to turn on, it will do the turn on and off problem. Please give me a diagnostic before I can actually go to a computer technician.

ill go a step further and say you most likely have a faulty psu and even if you dont that psu has no business being in a computer and you should replace it before it blows up your computer. that is a tier 5 psu, ie, the worst psus on the market and they should never be used for anything other than a paperweight

I would say both Ryan and Neon are right, it looks like faulty PSU. Avoid Raidmax and all their products like PC cases and PSUs, they always have made products with bad reputation and i don't know why they still exist.

Tx yes, CX definitely no. Corsair's CX units use low quality capacitors which will wear and heat up fast. CX units are considered as budget units and used for office systems or PC that will not use power hungry GPUs or CPUs and there will be no overclocking involved. As for the TX, that is the right choice.

It is pretty good, but it is too much for your system, although you will buy some headroom in the future if you will be installing more power hungry GPUs.
As for the installation process, it is pretty simple. There are many tutorials or videos on youtube for installing PSU, or read the motherboard manual, everything there is writen and explained in pretty simple way.

Btw how much are you willing to spend on your new PSU?
