So I got two R9 290 in crossfire WC with nzxt g10's and Corsair H55's. So I was wondering how much I should OC my memoryclock and coreclock.

memory clock - leave it, tends to cause issues with the screen flickering and lines appearing even with small increases.

Core Clock - 1145Mhz, most tend to work best and are stable at this speed.

if you use the PC software by the supplier, that is done for you automatically. I use the OC software over the AMD CCC, Works better for me and tends to let me overclock higher.

overclocking, really depends on the overclock. A good OC can get you 10FPS+ if lucky. Though always watch your temperatures.
