I'll answer it this way.

I have two 780 Ti's in sli, and I can't run ONE 1440p monitor on max settings w/ high AA in Watch_Dogs and get a solid 60 fps.

It just depends on what your expectations are. If you want to run a game at 30 fps on medium settings with no AA, then it could possibly work. However, there is NO graphics card solution that can run 3 1440p monitors in any demanding video game.

If you just want 3 1440p monitors for desktop use? Sure. It would work fine.

Let me be clear. Watch_Dogs is very vram heavy, and sli 780 ti's can't run it very well at 1440p. I consider Watch_Dogs a preview for the more graphics intensive "next-gen" games that will be coming out soon.

I can run Crysis 3 at max with SMAA x2 at 60 fps fairly easily at 1440p. However, Crysis 3 has received many more driver upgrades. I can run pretty much any other game with over 60 fps at max.

However, I guess what I'm saying is that at 3x1440p, it will eat your vram alive unless you maybe get 6gb versions of the 780's. But regardless, you will be Crawling in any intensive game with 3x1440p when ONE 1440p isn't even properly supported yet.

don’t use Watch Dogs as a reliable benchmark, it is very poorly optimized, they are currently working on a patch to hopefully help. but until then please don’t get to hung up on Watch Dogs performance.

I agree. if you plan on 3 1440p monitors i would shoot for the 6gb 780's. i am not saying the 3gb 780's will not do it. just to be safe in the long run, that is a high resolution and can get very demanding, compared to 5760x1080p.
