I believe you can play BF4 at 720p on lowest settings.

According to the minimum and recommended requirements:
http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=3060&ga...
your cpu reaches the minimum requirements but does not reach the recommended. Your GPU meets the adjusted recommended requirements but doesnt meet the original requirements.

according to this benchmark:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r7-250x-grap...

You should be able to play it (best case scenario) medium settings at 1080p, with any CPU intensive setting; like physics turned to low and AA turned off (your cpu is much weaker than the one used in the benchmark).

Else if my estimates are off you should at least be able to play on low at 1080p again with any cpu intensive setting and AA turned off.

Hope this helps!

A 250 will play BF4 on ULTRA with that 1366x768 monitor and get about 35fps. Proof?
http://www.eteknix.com/sapphire-r7-250-ultimate-passive...

35fps is low though. So, I'd say run the game on HIGH instead of ULTRA and you'll hit 50fps which is better.
