Ok so my rig is an amd fx 4.3 turbocharged 8 core cpu with slied nvidea gforce 2gb ddr5 gtx 660s with 750 watt power supply and 16 gbs ddr3 ram ect. Ok so my problem is.. Games like watchdogs i can play ultra without any problems averaging 50-60 fps but sometimes when i start up the game ill get good fps but when i move the camera around it wants to hesitate and every few seconds it jerks ect. I have used geforce experience i have all my drivers up to date and using optimal settings(which is max) so the game does this usually until i have been playing a little while and seems to smooth out.. I mean sometimes i start the game and its almost perfectly smooth and other times its hesitant and kinda jerky.. All on the same setting? Any ideas??

Specifically watch dogs, you are going to have issues until they release a Patch. The game was not properly optimized to use VRAM/Ram on pc. It was programmed to use unified memory found in xbox and ps4. The patch should fix this. Also, SLI will sometimes create stutters. That may be what you are seeing in some other games. Also, when a game loads textures and other files essential to the game off of a mechanical hard drive, you will see stutters. An SSD is a good solution for this issue
