I don't know what happened. I've searched in so many forums this same problem I have. I can't scan a picture or document and save it in my computer. I could photocopy and print. The scanner is the only problem. Please help!

Do you mean if I installed the software? Yes I did. I really don't know what's the problem. They say it's not compatible with the new version of windows. If that's it, what can I do to fix it?? I'm not really good with computers, sorry.
