Alright so right now my pc configuration is this:

GTX 650 (no ti)
AMD FX-4100
8Gb RAM

I'm thinking about upgrading my pc and the idea was this:

GTX 770
AMD FX-8350

and then dedicate the 650 to Physx. Will this give me better fps or should I just sell my 650 then?

Also my psu has 550 Watt so will this be enough?

Yes, easily. If I recall correctly even my GTX 760 can max out Borderlands 2 with PhysX cranked up to max.

And for the games that do use Physx like Borderlands 2? Would the 770 be able to do the Physx fine by itself?
