moving optiplex 760 (dell small form factor) motherboard to bigger case

hi
i had dell optiplex 760 small form factor pc
that i wanted to put radeon 7770 hd on it but i faced the power supply problem (needs 500W) and not available such PSu for my pc
so i decided to transfer to another case with another PSU is that possible?

You could just transfer the other power supply to your current case to make it easier. But to answer your question, yes you can just move everything over. Just be careful not to mess with the back of the motherboard too much.

The 7770 certainly doesn't need 500w of power though. Your system will pull under 250w at load.

lemme tell u about that my pc is small form factor an power supply with 500 W is impossible to find for this small factor and radeon 7770 hd needs much power and my PSU is only 235 W

Ahh, gotcha. I thought you were saying you already had a 500w power supply.

But yes, just move everything over into the new case and it should work exactly the same :)
