Would a 550W PSU power this system?

Solution
Forget the above one this one is cheaper:

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $49.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Same brand, also made by Seasonic except this one is 550w instead of 650w.

I know it is 650W, but is comes at a good price and it is made by Seasonic, one of the best PSU manufacturers.
