Overheating CPU not from dust

Recently my laptop has been overheating to the point of switching off, about 4 months ago I had it totally cleaned of dust so I think we could rule that out, however it is still overheating.
Using the application 'CPUID HWmonitor' I monitored the temperatures and voltages of components on my laptop, after cooling my laptop down while on idle usage my cores went down to between 51°C and 60°, I then proceeded to run a game for 5 minutes to see how much it went up to and they got to between 94 and 95°C which is very high

This is a link to the same laptop I have incase anyone needs specs. There are usually around 100 processes running according to task manager, with only 0% CPU usage and 32%RAM when idle. I read on some other forums that a power supply unit in a computer can be faulty and cause overheating but I am unsure as to what kind of voltages and watts my components should be running at, if anyone could help it'd be great, thanks :)
