A few days ago i installed a gt 430. The problem was that i didnt want to keep it installed forever.
I wanted to go back on my integrated gpu. But it would not respond. My computer would only respond to to the gt 430. And that would not even work normally. It would only work on safe mode.
So i thought the PSU is maybe to weak. And thats why it wont start normally. I bought a new psu, a corsair vs550. And a new GPU R7 250 the one i want to install.
I thought maybe the problem was with the drivers, and since i could not get into safe mode anymore (don`t know why). I decided to format my HDD and reinstall windows 7. (This all with the gt 430, cause it`s the only thing that gets my display running).
I haven`t installed any drivers of any kind at the moment.
I tried switching the 430 GPU for the R7 250 GPU. But still the computer only reacts to gt 430.
(Not even integrated GPU).

The computer works fine with the 430 gpu, but i want to install R7. Can you please instruct me.
I am a bit tired of lurking in the dark here.
Thank you, all help is appreciated.

Solution
have you tried running integrated graphics with no GPU installed. A lot of boards disable the integrated if a GPU card is detected.

go into your bios settings and see what you have for video settings there.

So would i need to update all the drivers? Then the BIOS. And then remove the nvidia gt 430 drivers. And install R7 hardware, then the software?

Have been reading up on it. I will try tommorow.

By the way anyone got a clue why the integrated graphics gpu doesn`t work. (it is integrated with the cpu tough, could that be it)

Just wondering how installing a graphics card could totally eliminate my integrated gpu from the picture.
Couldn`t imagine that this would turn in to such a mess.

try the newest one first.
it may tell you you need to install one before the newest if there is a huge gap in version numbers.
For example: sometimes you can't go from bios version "1" to "9"

you have to go from"1" to "6" to "9"

It took some time, but i managed to upgrade my BIOS.
Still nothing, a blank screen.
If you guys have any more ideas. Would love to hear them. But i think this was the last option.
If you don`t i am going to return the card. Either to get a replacement or get a new one.

By the way what are the changes. That the GPU was incompatible with my MOBO? Just in case, so i will be more careful with the next GPU.
