Should 2 ddr2s installed on a laptop be EXACTLY the same??? Please help...

i've installed a couple of ddr2 1gb which are different. Separately working well though together not all the time

Hi,

If the speed and timing are different, it may or may not work.
If voltage requires is different, usually it doesn't work.

You better pair up with same specs if you don't want any trouble
