What are these temperatures on speedfan and speccy?

Some of the numbers on Speccy and Speedfan match up and some don't. The HDD and GPU temps are the same. but what does it mean when it says temp1 and 2 and 3? What temperature is that?

To me it looks like,
1=motherboard
2=cpu
3=?
on speedfan.

i wouldn't use either,i would use,
hwinfo32
if you have it open it,mark=V sensors and click run or just click run for more info,close the "system summary" (top window) and there on the left hand top side is the sensor button as well among other things.
