I was just wondering, can I have two different graphic cards?

One is Geforce GT 210 and one is GTX 660 2GB. Will this two work on M5A97 R2.0?

You could put two cards on the board, but why ? you can't SLI them & even if you used the GT 210 as a PhysX card, it's not good enough & may infact degrade your performance.

Just use the GTX 660 & let it handle everything as a single card.

You should only ever SLi or Crossfire with 2 identical cards, otherwise performance WILL decrease.
