Solution
It will all work, but not ideal. The motherboard is poorly cooled and isn't recommended, the power supply is iffy at best, and 4GB of RAM is on the edge of too little these days. For the same price I would go with this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($139.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($27.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard...

Thank you both, that was my main concern wether the parts fit or not, i appreciate both of your inputs, however i'm afraid i won't be able to change the build significantly since i'll be buying from a local store.

Thanks again and have a nice day!
