Will this Memory works on this motherboard ?

I am asking if that memory can works on that motherboard
Memory :
Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V
Mother board :
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P Socket AM3
Processor :
AMD FX-8350
Is there any problem for the mother board to run the memory ?

Will they work, Yes - though prob at 1333, 1600, or 1866, maybe 2133 if your handy in the BIOS and have a very strong CPU - the 8350 is rated up to 1866 at 1 stick per channel, testing was done with 4GB sticks, have seen very few that could handle 2133 reliably, AMD just doesn' have very strong MCs (memory controllers in their CPUs.....If they ever bring out the new line we've heard about for years it may change as they've done well with their APU MCs
