Yes but make sure you run your games in WIndowed/borderless mode so you just move the game across one monitor.
There are no actual VGA ports for the GTX 770. I will suggest you to use one monitor with one Displayport, one HDMI and one DVI port. You can only use one of the DVI ports with HDMI or two of the DVI ports and HDMI is disabled. hence why i suggested using directly with displayport.
You can get an active displayport to HDMI adapter and use two DVI ports. There is a DVI to VGA adapter that came with your gpu box
